THIS AUCTION IS FOR AN OMNIDIRECTIONAL VHF Antenna system,THE GROUND MOUNTED MONOPOLE, complete, (AKA THE WASHING LINE) It is for the fixed ground base station VHF Clansman radios PRC351/2 and the VRC353. The kit is as CES, it consists of the antenna head unit, (THE FREESTANDING ARRAY) 2 lengths of feeder cable, 1 is approx 60Ft of low loss co-ax and a 20Ft approx length of standard co-ax with adapter to join the 2 sizes C to BNC. 4 anchor spikes plus a GS carrying bag. This unit was often used and seen in use with the Comms tents, trailers and trucks as well as the FFR Land Rovers. This antenna is designed to cover the military VHF band from 30Mhz to 80Mhz

They're an impressive piece of kit to have out on show at shows and displays, easily erected and packed away into it's own GS Tote bag with it's ancillaries.
