This auction is for a PRC351 VHF FM Manpack set, C/W HEADSETWITH BOOM MIC AND PTT. The radio cosmetically is in good condition and appearance. It has been tested and is working OK. It is mounted on a Para style lightweight carrying frame in good condition with a good clean  harness/straps, comes withA NEW 5Ah charged rechargeable battery and whip antenna. This set was used for ground to ground communications, mobile and fixed and was the main unit for the infantry. It was the backbone of infantry communications on and off the battlefield. It has a good range across open countryside. It covers 30Mhz to 75.975Mhz with 25Khz channel spacing and 4 Watts output. The headset, pressel box and lead  are all tested and in working order. There are also 2 antennas, a 4 section 1.2m folding steel whip and a 1.2m trailing wire antenna.
