A VERY HARD TO FIND PRC351-2  4 WATT SURF UNIT, it is used and as photos; it has some very minor knocks and chips to the exterior paint with some light scuff marks, It tested and tunes up fine as it should. This unit allows working within close proximity to other Clansman radios without bleeding and walking all over each other. It tunes the antenna system to the frequency you are on, and narrows the TX & RX band and acts as a very good incoming filter, to give optimum performance and achieve maximum range with the equipment.
